It covers AI fundamentals, its application in project management, and key AI technologies, including their benefits and challenges. Participants will learn about various AI tools for enhancing project management efficiency, selecting and implementing these tools, and reviewing case studies. This AI project manager Fundamentals training emphasizes data-driven decision making, including data analysis techniques, applying insights to project decisions, and using visualization tools. This Course also addresses how AI can improve team collaboration and productivity.
